SINCE 1991, THE DAY COURSE IN MINDFULNESS  HAS TAUGHT THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE HOW TO BEGIN OR RECONNECT WITH A DAILYMEDITATION PRACTICE. In this five hour program, you will progress through an intensive study and practice of mindfulness meditation: what it is, what it's not, and how to do it in your daily life to reduce stress, manage pain, help with sleep issues, weight issues, healing processes, and much more.
