Vendor Responsibility: All vendors are required to provide their own extension cords, hoses, tape to secure anything across foot traffic, and receptacles. There is limited access to water - you will need to let us know in advance if you need water access. We suggest you bring your own tank if possible. Quiet generators required for any vendor using more than 15amps of electricity. Food vendors will be required to submit a food permit (located here) or email us for a copy. This will be required BEFORE you arrive. For courthouse lawn booth locations, vendors are required to provide their own tent structures, tarps/side curtains, and must be properly weighted (no stakes/rods). For courthouse square street booth locations, commercial tents are included. Courthouse Square Placements Include Commercial Tent Structure with Roll Up Sidewalls & Dividers with Electricity. (MORE COMMERCIAL TENT INFORMATION) All Commercial tents shall have an approved label certifying the date the tent was last treated with a flame-retardant solution, and bearing the size and fabric type. Portable Fire Extinguishers with a current inspection tag (last inspection within past 12 months) rated at not less than 3A:40BC shall be kept in a readily accessible location. Spot or effect lighting shall only be by electricity and all combustible construction materials within 6 feet of such equipment shall be protected with approved noncombustible insulation not less than 9 ½ inches thick. Gas, liquid or solid fuel-burning portable cooking equipment shall be vented to the outside air, and shall not be located within 10 feet of combustible materials. Display of motor vehicles shall not obstruct means of egress and a minimum width of 12 feet (Fire Break) is required between rows of vehicles. If any vehicles are to be displayed within tents, the following requirements must be met; Batteries must be disconnected. Vehicles and/or equipment related to the operation of the vehicle shall not be fueled within the tent. Fuel in the fuel tank shall not exceed ¼ of the tank capacity or 5 gallons, whichever is less. Fuel systems shall be inspected for leaks.
