Pâté Class:Chicken Liver Mousse + How to make a perfect Charcuterie Board
We will demonstrate methods of making a classic chicken liver mousse and share tips on how to build a perfect charcuterie board. Class includes chacuterie, cheese and other snacks, and students will receive a jar of chicken liver mousse to enjoy and instructions to make delicious charcuterie at home. Snacks included and BYOB is encouraged. Paté pairs very well with bubbles! The instructor for this class is Jackie Letelier, former owner at Paté Letelier, Chilean wine connoisseur, and owner at her new catering project Casero. Sorry, tickets are transferable but non-refundable.
