Join us LIVE for this great virtual at-home workout! Pilates-based and so great!
Everyone wants shapely, toned arms and legs, and firm abs.
Challenge your core with this dynamic, abs-focused routine. Add in some reps for the arms and legs, and after several weeks you will notice a change in your body!
Uses the principles of Pilates. Weights and/or resistance bands will be used.
