This event is for parents and kids (age 8 to 17). Handling stress effectively is the best tool to give our kids. Mental, emotional and physical wellbeing gives kids a great foundation. In this one hour workshop kids will learn: ✔︎Mindful awareness: How to become aware when negative emotion arises and become button proof. ✔︎The power of breathing techniques - The quickest, most effective way to bring the mind to present moment. ✔︎ Insights into the nature of mind - How to relax mind and deal with negative thoughts and emotions ✔︎ Guided Meditation
